Inventory:
When Admin clicks on the Inventory, a new window is opened.
This shows the vehicle details. The Details of the Vendor from whom the vehicle was bought is shown on top of the window. If the vehicle is sold the details of the customer who bought the vehicle is shown on the right side of the window. There are three tabs in this page.
General Info, Additional Details and Forms.
General Info tab:
This tab contains the general information about the vehicle like its Type, model, manufacturer, color, year etc.
Vehicle ref#: Vehicle id
VIN: Vehicle Identification number.
Type: Type of vehicle.
Year: manufactured year.
Manufacturer: Name of the company which manufactured the vehicle.
Model: Model name of the vehicle assigned by the manufacturer.
Category: Category of the vehicle like suv, sedan, muv etc.
Body Style: Body style of the vehicle. Color: color of the vehicle.
Engine size: Size of the engine of vehicle in cc.
Warranty: Type of warranty of the vehicle.
Fuel type : Fuel type of the vehicle.
Engine No: Engine number of the vehicle. Chassis No: Chassis number of the vehicle.
Vehicle Status: Status of the vehicle like its new or used etc.
Title number: Title number of the vehicle.
State Code: state code of the state to which the vehicle is registered. GVW: Gross weight by width ratio.
Empty Weight: Empty weight of the vehicle.
Rceipt print out Loan / Installment / Payments. Provide your
Customer Accurate billing.

Now a list of sale Orders of this customer will be shown. By selecting the sale Order, the loan window will come.
Click on the calculate button this will show the amortization table. Employees can save the loan details.
